When you open a support ticket, the website can collect:
These data are used only to receive, investigate and reply to your support request. The information requested by the form is limited to what is useful for handling the ticket.
Depending on the request, processing is based on Emistery's legitimate interest in providing support and preventing abuse, and where applicable on steps connected with a purchase or order.
Support tickets are sent to the Emistery support inbox using Google's Gmail service. If the private Discord webhook is configured, a copy of the ticket is also posted to a dedicated Emistery Discord channel.
This means the information contained in a support request can be processed by Google and Discord under their own privacy terms and infrastructure.
Purchases are processed through Tebex. When you proceed to checkout, authentication, order information, payment processing and payment data are handled by Tebex and its payment partners under their own legal terms.
Emistery Mapping does not receive or store your full payment-card details.
The website uses browser local storage and session storage to make the basket and checkout flow work. This can include:
These items are used for functional purposes. Emistery currently does not use its own advertising or behavioural-analytics tracker on the website.
You can clear this browser storage using your browser settings. Doing so may empty your basket or interrupt an unfinished checkout.
Product pages can display YouTube videos using the
youtube-nocookie.com embed domain. When you load or interact
with a YouTube player, Google / YouTube may receive technical information
and process data according to their own policies.
The support endpoint temporarily uses the requesting IP address in server memory to prevent repeated automated ticket submissions. It is used only for rate limiting and is not included in the support email or Discord ticket.
Browser basket data remain on your device until they are removed by the website, cleared through your browser, or replaced during checkout.
Support messages and attachments are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to answer the request, follow up on the issue and meet any applicable legal or dispute-handling requirements. They should be deleted when they are no longer required.
Depending on the feature you use, data can be made available to:

Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability.
